$150 non refundable deposit to hold your animal that will be subtracted from your total pig cost.
Choose HALF ($5.25 per lb) or WHOLE ($5.00 per lb) hog.
The price will be determined from the hanging weight. Estimated average total hang weight for a whole hog is 180-200 lbs (estimated $1000) and will be paid on day of pickup. Final amount will be communicated before pickup.
Butcher fees:
Cut and wrap fee - .90 cents per lb hang weight
Kill fee - $110
Will be paid directly to butcher at pick up.
You get to customize your pig and decide on what fits your family needs. You can request fat, bones and organs too!
You will pick up directly from the butcher, Wakefield Meats in Melba.
